Directions:
Heating: Heat in the Microwave for 30 seconds on a medium heat with a half filled cup of water to prevent the wheat from drying out.
Cooling: Place the wheat pack in a airtight bag or container and place in the freezer or fridge for a minimum of 3 hours. Use as desired.
