SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES:

Please note Babylove is currently in the process of closing both our physical and online stores. Because of this we are no longer offering shipping services and all purchases are only available in store or as a click and collect.

3. STORE PICK UP OPTION - Select STORE PICK UP at checkout if you prefer to collect your order directly from our New Plymouth store at 482 St Aubyn Street.

RETURN POLICY The team at Babylove have carefully selected our most popular and top selling products to feature in our online store.  If for any reason a product is faulty, then it can be returned to us within 7 days of receiving for a replacement or store credit.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind so please choose your items carefully.

Please note the following:

1. All items are subject to availability

2. You will be informed as soon as possible if the goods you have purchased are not available

3. We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased at the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item may not be available.  In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfil the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can.
