SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES:
We offer a flat $9.50 shipping rate within New Zealand (residential addresses only) and $17.50 shipping to rural or out of zone addresses.
We use Aramex Couriers for all orders and this is a tracked delivery service between Monday to Friday.
Rural /out of zone customers: Please make sure you tick the rural/out of zone delivery box at checkout and add in your R.D. number if your address is Rural. If you do not let us know we do not know to put the right ticketing on your package and this will lead in a delay while we wait for payment from you.
Larger/Heavier items are a $25 freight charge which will automatically apply at checkout.
We aim to package and courier your purchase as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours.
For local customers store pick up option is available at checkout. Get the flexibility of ordering online and the convenience of being able to pick up your order at our New Plymouth store.

RETURN POLICY The team at Babylove have carefully selected our most popular and top selling products to feature in our online store. If for any reason a product is faulty, then it can be returned to us within 7 days of receiving for a replacement or store credit.

We have a physical store which shares the stock inventory so if an item in our physical store is purchased at the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item may not be available.
