Directions:
. Apply a few drops of oil to your hands and gently rub into your breasts.
2. Massage in circular motions from the outside of the breasts to the inside.
3. Using two hands, gently brush the skin in an upwards motion, from the outside of each breast to the inside.
4. Gently sweep an open hand from the bottom outer side of each breast, moving towards the centre.
